So happy to announce that both our home's sale and our new home's purchase are done! Selling your home is stressful, so many emotions go into play. You need someone who understands what this house means to you and how much you cherish it. Buying a home is also stressful, especially in today's market. You find a house you fall in love with and a day later it's gone. We were able to accomplish both in a very short period of time thanks to Brad Roth and his team. I am not easy to deal with...especially when it comes to my home, I get emotional and demanding, and I have to say that Brad kept me grounded and informed through the entire process. He calmed me down when I panicked, and congratulated my husband and I when we got over every obstacle. He made the whole experience easier to navigate, understood our concerns, and did a lot of hand holding along the way. Royce, his assistant, is also amazing! She always has a smile on her face and understands how unnerving the whole experience is, therefore answering every one of my two million questions with the sweetest of attitudes.
